Baby Day

First I played peekaboo with my baby. My baby's name is Rubi, by the way. And then I fed my baby some carrots. Then I taught her how to use a spoon. First I put some cereal on it, then I dropped it on the table so she could look at it before I fed her. And then we played pat-a-cake. And then my baby said something, but I don't think I could hear her because she was taking a nap. She likes to talk in her sleep. And then I took her to the movies and we watched Blue's Clues.

Then for lunch we had baby cupcakes. And I also fed my baby peach nut food. And I mean "peach nut." [Ed. - Whatever that may be.] And then my baby wanted a snack. So I gave her some grapes. Then my baby had another nap. [Ed. - I want this baby's schedule!] For dinner we had bologna. Well, she had bologna.

Then I put Rubi to bed. She has to sleep with me because she's not used to sleeping by herself yet.

Jelly, you'll be a wonderful mama someday. I'm sure your children will be glad they're yours!

To the reader: FYI - She is reading What to Expect the First Year, but I'm not sure where the feeding baby grapes and bologna came from. Maybe Jelly was hungry when she posted!
